I had a great experience purchasing a vehicle from University Motors. The staff was very friendly a with low sales pressure. Fred, who worked with me the most, made me feel more comfortable about purchasing a used car from them by promising after sale support if I discovered any issues with the car, and it's only been 6 wks, but I haven't yet. Fred/University Motors was also was very accommodating. My trade-in's alternator was out and he accepted the vehicle with just my word of it's issues (which I told him it had several) and some pictures, and they even sent a flatbed to my house 10 miles away to pick it up. I only test drove two of their vehicles, both performed very well for their age/mileage, but they had many others to choose from as well and a good variety of makes and models ranging from low cost options like certain Toyota and Ford models, to luxury options including several BMWs, Mercedes, and Infinitis.This was not the first dealership that I went to during my vehicle search, but I highly recommend it be yours!

Fred was an absolute blast to work with. I was a first time car buyer with a smaller budget due to being a student and he found me something that fit within my budget and was just the right fit for me! University Motors replaced a headlight for me before we left and was very quick to do it when they noticed. We got home and figured out how to turn on the fog lights and noticed one was out and we brought it back and they were so quick to fix it for us. really great place and made buying my first car very smooth and easy. honorable side note: the entire staff kept my mom and i entertained with their humor while still being completely professional!

University Motors is a great place and made buying my first car an easy process. Fred was very helpful and knowledgeable and managed to get me a good deal on a car. He helped me find a good car with low miles within my price range.

I spent a long time looking for a very specific vehicle that’s pretty hard to find. University motors was the only place that had multiples of them that I could look at and Fred helped me with choosing the correct vehicle for my needs. He was great throughout the whole experience and really was patient and understanding with my decision and seemed genuinely invested in my future with this vehicle.

Fred at University Motors was so helpful when we needed to replace our old truck. He was kind, patient, and never pushy. He answered all our questions and gave us time to make our decision. He did everything he said he would do and more!!! We were also able to stay within our budget! We would highly recommend if you are looking for a vehicle to check out University Motors. We are very satisfied and love our truck!!!

Fred was absolute pleasure to work with -- friendly, hilarious, yet completely professional from start to finish. He gave us all the time and space we needed to thoroughly inspect the vehicle and take it for a comprehensive test drive without any pressure.His pricing was completely honest and transparent. You can really tell he genuinely cares about his customers' safety and satisfaction above all else. When we noticed a couple of minor issues with the car, Fred immediately investigated, identified the cause, and had them resolved on the spot.His level of customer service was truly remarkable. Even though I just bought my car, I would love to reach out to Fred again for my next vehicle purchase.
